When will my order be ready for pickup?
We'll send you a text and an email as soon as your order is ready. Some items may need to be transferred from another location, so timing may vary, but we'll definitely keep you in the loop!
What items can I Click & Collect?
Most bikes, gear, and accessories are available for Click & Collect. We'll let you know if an item isn’t eligible before you check out.
Can I pay when I pick up my order?
All Click & Collect orders need to be paid online before pickup. This helps us prep your order quickly and ready it when you arrive.
Can I return my Click & Collect order in-store?
Absolutely. If you need to return or exchange an item, just bring it back to the same Sinch location where you collected it, along with proof of purchase.
Is there a cost for Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, a small $6.99 handling fee applies.
Do I need to show ID when collecting?
Yes—please bring photo ID and your order confirmation (printed or digital) to make sure your gear ends up in the right hands.
Why are some products unavailable for home delivery?
Certain products are only available for in-store pickup due to size, brand restrictions, or shipping limitations.
Why is there a $6.99 Click & Collect fee for orders under $100?
